The Moderator will have a key role in making discussions and exchanges more dynamic within the Social Medias and to skillfully manage feedback left by players. Under the Community Manager supervision he will:

Community Management:


  • Provide excellent customer service via facebook (no phone calls)
  • Ensure the integrity and unified presence of Ludia’s on all social media
  • Communicate trends and ideas to the Community Manager
  • Stimulate discussions while understanding the direction of the community
  • Maintain a high level of satisfaction to a growing number of individuals

Customer Service:


  • Process all coin replacements (received by emails)
  • Respond to all support requests from users
  • Inform Community Manager of any escalated issues (legal threat
  • Notify Community Manager, QA and Developers of any unusual spikes in complaints/issues, etc., harassment, etc.)

Facebook:


  • Wall moderation (filter inappropriate content/spam)
  • Read and reply to player wall comments
  • Send private messages to all players who leave exceptional comments rewarding them with coins
  • For each wall post: thank players, advise them, remind them to use FAQ and Help pages for users. Share, Like in all game-related posts

Game:


  • Ensure the FAQ and Help pages are accurate and up-to-date with facebook changes
  • Revise in-game texts
  • Report new issues/problems to Community Manager /Live Team via Redmine
  • Maintain weekly reports via Redmine

Qualifications:

  • 3-5  years customer service experience
  • Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Experience in the gaming industry
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent knowledge of the internet and online services
  • Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail

We are looking for an experienced Server Programmer to help develop the network infrastructure for our connected games. Responsibilities include conception, planning and development of the server-side real-time modules and databases (which also includes managing integration with external systems, services providers and websites, like Facebook). This job also encompasses developing the network architecture and supervising server deployment. You will be working within the R&D team and as such, you will be required to help and assist game development teams with all issues pertaining to client network programming.

Quality Assurance Testers are responsible to ensure testing suites are performed under the guidance of their Test and Project Leads. Any members of the team must be able to analyze and evaluate game mechanics, art direction and end-user experience with a single goal in mind; constructively and continuously submit feedback to the production teams to improve the game in any possible aspects.


Key Responsabilities:
  • Making sure that our games meets very high quality standard on all supported platforms.
  • Ability to complete tests pertaining to platform’s compliance and internal test case requirements.
  • Testing cross-platform functionalities and features such as Facebook integration and user progression.
  • Enforce testing processes and focus on game development details.

Qualifications Standards
Experience:
